Registered psychotherapist and supervisor at Three Lamps. More than thirty years helping adults and couples find easier ways to live.

Suzanne offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to look at the connections between current difficulties and usual ways of coping. The work is a partnership: understanding what sits underneath, then finding new ways of being. Clients often describe her as attentive, engaging, and empathic.

Areas of interest include depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, childhood trauma, grief, relationship issues, sexual abuse, identity, isolation, autism, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. She also works with people living with cancer or other serious health issues, and with older clients facing retirement and the transitions of later life. The base is psychodynamic and relational; she also draws on transactional analysis, trauma therapy, and CBT when useful.

She also offers supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors, students, and ACC Sensitive Claims providers. Registered with PBANZ. Member of APANZ. She also practises in Milford.

Appointment times are flexible — enquire by email or text. Three Lamps does not take bookings for clinicians.
