Counsellor and psychotherapist at Three Lamps. Couples work around emotional and sexual connection, and individual work with women around desire and the body.
Tarisha specialises in helping couples rebuild closeness after years of disconnection, a breach of trust, or sexual difficulty — including histories of unwanted sexual experience. She uses Emotionally Focused Therapy with a somatic, body-centred approach (Hakomi), so the work can go deeper than talk alone.
For women she has developed the Sexually Empowered Radiant Woman method: reconnecting with the body, reclaiming desire, and making intimacy feel safer and more alive. Training includes a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (AUT), a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling (Massey), Hakomi, EFT for couples and individuals, Gottman work, and somatic approaches to trauma.
Registered with NZAC. She also works online and offers couples intensives. More about the women’s work is on her site; couples enquiries can start at deeplyinloveagain.com.
To enquire about a time, email or text Tarisha directly. Three Lamps does not take bookings for clinicians.
